During the period of installment and debugging, we would assign technicians and supply all drawings and technical documentation attached to devices. Meanwhile, our technicians will impart essentials of technique to operators, so that they can shape up the fundamental concept of installments and pave the way for operation in future.

2. Training about technique
We will offer training without charge to operators, theme of which ranges from device’s structure, principle and application of software about control system. At the same time, we offer them training materials including maintenance, attentions and so on, till they are able to be proficient in performance.

3. Warranty
① If any part of device is out of order , service engineer has to give response within one hour ; if maintenance required , they should present at the spot, in two business days , we ought to work out the common problems in 24 hours ,and the major ones in one week. As to those equipment beyond restoration, we can supply the identical ones as substitute.
② free-charge maintenance remains one year since first operation, during warranty ,we are sure to replace parts which had been impaired in quality and to expand the deadline of warranty, if cargoes or parts were in bad condition ,which did not derive from human.

4. The yearly service charge after warranty
Without the need for replacement parts free of charge under the premise of services, If you need replacement parts as appropriate at cost.

5. Other plans:
• the equipment into use, the computer software for free upgrades (including the shelf-life period).
