Overview:
 The device should be teaching the Chinese Institute of Metrology, measurement, research and development needs, and to water, gas, oil for the single-phase basic medium, to simulate different operating conditions water, gas, oil mixed with different multi-phase flow ratio or the separation and detection tests .
 Since the 60s of last century, foreign, such as Britain, France, Japan and America have built a certain amount of testing and measurement of multiphase flow integrated test device; the late 80s, the domestic, such as Xi'an Jiaotong University, Petroleum University, Zhejiang University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, also multiphase flow into the appropriate detection device. Today, multiphase flow devices has become the oil industry (oil, natural gas, produced water) test parameters of multiphase flow and multiphase flow measurement technology, one of the means. Thus, with the progress of industrialization, the world oil demand and competition for energy, particularly the intensification of research on multiphase flow test requirements are more urgent.
 This device not only for single, multiphase flow meter, polyphase meter of factory performance debugging and test, test research, but also for multiphase pumps, polyphase mixer, multi-phase separator, flow simulation and reproduction, interface analysis of multiphase flow, multiphase speed test and inspection devices, etc..
Main technical parameters:
 1. Water flow: static volumetric 0.1, 0.5 meter method, DN = 15 ~ 50mm = 50m3 / h = 0.3 ~ 0.4Mpa
 2. Air flow: 0.5 meter method DN = 15 ~ 50mm = 120m3 / h = 0.3 ~ 0.5Mpa
 3. Oil Flow: Standard Table to 0.5 DN = 15 ~ 50mm = 25m3 / h = 0.3 ~ 0.5Mpa
 4. Gas-water (synthetic or isolated) integrated multiphase flow accuracy of better than 2.0
Main features:
 1. This device has a single-phase (water or gas or oil), multiphase (water, gas, oil) flow rate integrated test functions, multi-phase flow accuracy up to two already under the advanced level (generally 5% to 10 %) of the device can meet the measurement, teaching and research requirements;
 2. Using frequency control, to ensure system stability and saving energy;
 3. Stabilizing equipment, mixers (gas-water two-phase gas-water three-phase mixing devices and mixing devices), separator (a separation of oil and water containers, water, second box) and other structural innovations, the effect clearly, economical and practical;

Device theory, composition and multiphase flow device test procedures:
 1. Integrated multi-phase flow principle of a single test device as shown, integrated the traditional water, gas, oil flow standard device function, working principle can refer to single-phase flow standard device process. For multiphase flow, even close to the actual applications of the test and inspection requirements, the equivalent of real fluid calibration system. Water flow device with a static volume method and the standard list method, gas flow and oil flow meter method are used. Gas water flow test can be also be testing for gas-water multiphase flow.  2. A. the composition of the water flow device system consists of pumps, inverter, steady flow devices, before and after the straight section, was seized on the table, folder list, standard flow meter, flow control valve, flow calibration valve, commutator, the workload device, pipe, transparent windows, air and water mixers, electrical control panel, water, second box, table, namely, box machines, pool etc.; b. gas flow system consists of air source (air compressor, air tank) , before and after the straight sections, were seized table, folder list, standard flow meter, transparent window, flow control valve, workstations, etc.
